Shipping
- We ship from our warehouse near the geographic center of the USA every business day, allowing 2-3 day shipping to many domestic locations.
- All orders may have a processing time of 5 business days before shipping, especially during the peak holiday shopping season.
- Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.
- The carriers are constantly changing their service levels and as such we can't guarantee anything beyond what they are providing globally
- UPS no longer guarantees 2nd Day and Next Day Air services. We are unable to provide a shipping refund for orders that do not arrive withina the estimated time frame.
- UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air services are not eligible for Saturday/Sunday delivery. If you place an order using these services on Thursday or Friday, please expect your package to deliver the following week.
- All UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders are subject to 1 business day processing time and will not ship until the following business day.
COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our team members. Orders may take 5 business days to process before shipment. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking numbers as soon as they are generated via the email address you provided during checkout.
Order Accuracy
When checking out, please double check your order information and address. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been shipped and confirmed delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered during checkout. We are also unable to combine orders and refund shipping if, for instance, you forget to order Rose Gold Facial Oil and would like to add it later.
Apple Pay
Please take caution when using Apple Pay, as we most frequently have issues with the stored address or email address associated with your Apple Pay being inaccurate and automatically entered during checkout. To confirm your information in Apple Pay, go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > scroll down to the Transaction Defaults section to confirm your information.
