Refund policy

All items (excluding final sale items) in their unused or original condition are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To begin your return or exchange, please email returns@myjoybeauty.com.   Make sure to have your order number and shipping zip code in hand!  You can find your order number in your confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed with your order.

*Anything purchased between November 15th and December 31st will be returnable until January 15th, 2023.

• If you are returning an item, pack the return item(s) in a shipping package. Apply the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off to your nearest post office within 30 days of delivery.
